How does on demand storage actually work?
We drop off our own durable plastic containers with secured locks.
You pack your items into our containers. You can keep track of your items with photos and descriptions. All boxes have a digital code for easy tracking and to simplify return requests.
When you’re done packing, give us a call. We’ll come back to pick up and transport the boxes to our secure, climate-controlled storage center.
Need your things back? We return your boxes when you want them. Order any box back at the touch of a button.
We even offer an expedited drop-off for an additional fee.

Only pay for storage space that you use. Storage pricing is based on the size and quantity of storage containers. Aside from a minimal monthly fee, you only pay for the boxes that you store.

What does on demand storage mean? On demand storage means that you let us know when you need storage containers, when you’re ready to have them picked up, and when you need them back. We work with your schedule to pick up and drop off your things. Pick up and delivery is available 7 days per week.
What locations do you serve? We deliver to Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. Surcharges may apply if you are outside of our delivery area.
Are there items that you can’t store? We cannot store perishable items, breakables, liquids, explosive devices, artwork, mirrors, jewelry, glass, fine art, or any illegal substances or drugs recognized as illegal by the U.S. Government. If you have more questions, please call 1-855-692-6926.
Who is transporting my belongings? All Box&Co. employees undergo thorough background and DMV verification checks. Our employees receive additional training in proper care of your items.
How much does this cost? Storage fees depend on the size and number of containers that you are storing with us. Initial drop off of containers and pick up is free for all new customers. After that, requests for more boxes or for delivery of items will incur a fee of $25 per appointment for Long Island and $35 per appointment for Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Bronx.
